Are you registered as a Democrat, Republican, Unaffiliated, Independent, Green, Libertarian, Working Class, etc? It doesn't matter. Anyone in District 4 can vote for David, since the election is nonpartisan.

Do you want to vote by mail? If so, you can request a ballot at https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/onlinemailinrequest/InstructionsStep1. Requests must be made by July 12, 2022.
The upcoming primary election is on July 19. Early voting runs from July 7 through July 14, from 7 am to 8 pm. This year there will be two early voting centers, the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center and First Baptist Church of Salisbury.
